One Week To Go ...
We are looking forward to seeing you at our Inaugural Event:
Date: Wednesday June 17, 2015
Time: 7pm (registration opens at 6:45pm, event begins at 7:15pm)
Venue: Tavolo (1515 Rebecca St @ Third Line; South Oakville Centre / Hopedale Mall)
We are thrilled to announce that we have over 100 guys registered for the event
What To Expect
Our event should last approximately one hour, including:
Sign-in upon arrival, providing your cheque, completing nomination form (voluntary) and getting voting form
Draw three charity finalists for the event, short informal presentations on selected charities from nominating members, and then voting and selecting winning charity
Don’t forget to bring a cheque to the event. If you can’t make the event, please give your cheque to an attending member (leave payee blank) or email us at 100GuysWhoCareOakville@gmail.com so we can arrange to get your cheque in advance and we will make sure your money gets donated to the chosen charity and your tax receipt is sent to you in due course.
Nominating a Charity
Remember, we are looking to members like you to nominate local registered charities that serve Halton and that are able to issue individual tax receipts. Click here for details on how to nominate a charity.
